Refund policy
Failure to take delivery:
If your order has not been received after 7 days, we will tell this to our shipper and refund your money without any problems.
Dissatisfied with the quality of the goods:
Our Pods and Devices are all genuine with the origianl brands to do the after-sales services. If there is a problem with the quality of the devices, you can tell us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement (Not refund). All devices sold after 7 days you should return them to the original brand factory to do maintainance only. If the Pods cannot be puffed or with serious leaking, we can only do exchange with random flavours of pods in your next purchase. We do not support the exchange of products due to unsatisfactory with appearance or scratches or due to the change of the taste from the original brands except for product functional problems. ( our shop own the final decision to do exchange or not)
We suggest that you can add your favorite items to your shopping cart or favorite list, and then pay after confirming your order to enjoy shopping
Please note that if your cancelled product is one of the products in the discount package, the price of other products in the discount package will not increase or decrease accordingly.
After the order is completed, you will also receive the relevant invoice (Invoice) by email / Facebook Messenger / SMS.
