Shipping fee

4 methods of delivery in Hong Kong:

1. Free shipping on orders over HKD299 (SF express delivery)

2. Same-day delivery (by GoGoX)

3. 4-hour delivery (by GoGoX)

4. Instant Delivery (by GoGoX)

SF express introduction:

We provide SF point-to-point service to the place specified by the guest.

Or SF Self Pickup Service [SF Service Point Address / Incident Smart Cabinet Address / SF Station Address / Service Center Address]

For orders less than HK$ 299, another HK$ 30 will be charged for shipping costs

In general, the fastest can be received within 1-2 working days.

After delivery, the customer will receive an email notification of the SF order number, and can be tracked on the SF official website within about 24 hours, and pick up / receive at the appropriate time.

Guests are required to pick up the item within 3 working days to prevent the return situation. Please note that the resend fee will be borne by the guest.

Same-day delivery introduction :

Order before 10:45 AM, deliver before 6:00PM. Order before 03:45 PM, deliver before 10:00PM

4-hour delivery / Instant Delivery introduction :
